Two years of his spare time, it took Joost to complete this Ironhead bobber. The fuel tank is completely hand-build and the lines are just perfect! We had good fun today while shooting some pix in Eindhoven.

Kruyswater Motoren

The Dutch bikefreak Mario is building choppers for about 20 years. Now, the time is there to do things professionally! A cooperation with Job lead to Kruyswater Motorcycles. Genuine Dutch choppers with a steam-punk touch? Check these guys out! They make frames and front-ends, preferably for xs650 and (Ironhead) Sportsters. We did a very cool photoshoot yesterday of their xs650 with reversed heads. Isn't this the coolest Yammie ever?

Yamaha XS tracker with tuned engine and mechanic driven turbo by Heiden Tuning. It features a mono swingarm and a number of high-end raceparts. And it looks like a cannonball! It doesn't get better than this!!

This Triton café-racer won the Bigtwin magazine trophee at the Triumph day in Leusden.It can't get more café than this!

Magna bobber

A good looking Magna? If you'd asked me a few days before, I would have answered that it isn't possible. But then I met Peter, who'd build this very convincing hardtail Magna bobber! This guy did all the work himself. Even the paint-job is done in his garage!

El Parro

This chopper by El Parro  is just perfect. It has a great fifties stance and the paint is stunning!We shoot some nice pix in Rotterdam.

Boss Performance

Yesterday we arranged a spontanious photo-shoot in Kaldenkirchen, Germany. Enrico De Sena of Boos Performance was at the Choppertown show with this Softail Evo, which was turned into a OUTSTANDING piece of handcraft art, which reminds me at Zero Engineering. The quick & dirty instant photoshoot turned out really nice!

Custom Arth

Lou and Custom Arth combined their design-skills and after countless hours of hard work, this eye-popping bike rolled out of the shed!

Stylish bike by South East Motorcycles, Heijen. It features high-end parts exclusively and the paint-job by Incastienen looks killer!

Buell chop

Today I was at L&L Choppers to pick up my oil filter. They just'd finished this agressive Buell racer. Really special, and one of their very best projects if you ask me. I wished it was mine :-)
The location, the sun, the clouds and the beautiful matt finish of the bike were a combination for some superb pictures. I'm very happy with the results! 

Pancake Customs

Pancake Customs is a young and fresh custombike builder from Amsterdam. Don't expect clients like lawyers and dentists here... Grass-roots bikes with a greasy style & attitude is what he likes! Check this xs650. Isn't it a beauty?!

Goldwing rat!

Wow, this is genius! Mark created this café-racer Hot-Rat of a Honda... Goldwing! Pure character on wheels.

Orange Gold

Siegfried's bobber is one of the best Honda Shadow custombikes I've seen so far. The lines... the details... everything is perfect! Siegfried has build this bike together with Stefan, who's a king with the welding machine. The paint with flakes, striping and silver-leaf - done by the owner himself (!) - is just stunning. Never seen anything like it. Thanks for the nice day guys!

Grease Monkey Panhead

Took some pix today of Richard - Grease Monkey Choppers - and his detailed S&S Panhead bobber. The perfect 'patina' paintjob is done by DAM Design. Great bike, great location, great day!

Flying Choppers

Andy from Flying Choppers (Finland) was in the Netherlands today and I had the lucky opportunity to take a few shots of his ultra-cool Panhead!. One of the most characterfull bikes I've photographed so far!

Beach bagger

Jeffrey transformed a Harley-Davidson Night Train into a bagger with 23 inch front wheel. We took some shots at the beach.

New Bigtwin

Some good stuff is being printed for next month's issue! Some stuff of which I've pointed my camera at, too... What to think about Jeroen's Beemer in Wrenchmonkees style? And the wicked Buell by Blackmarket Customs, which was one of my last year's favourites? And then we have the Honda CB750 by Tin Can Customs (the builder Chris Dekker is one of the nicest and creative persons you'll meet). Last but not least there's some shots of a Honda CTX riding test. Not my personal cup of tea, though it turned out to be a very photogenic bike with nice lines. So get new Bigtwin mag for your holidays :-)

F*ck You!

Busy with sorting out a photoshoot of this Early Shovel / Knuckle conversion by Wing Palace. We snapped a serie of nice vintage photo's with a model too! Can't show 'em yet... Soon more!

Shadow VT666!

Metal-freak (also the music) Olly from Belgium created this Honda Shadow VT 600. It's turned into a rigid chopper with the right lines and the right parts. It's done on a low budget, many items are one-off. And the paint? Made by Olly. The pics turned out great due to the fine weather and the perfect spot.

21 years young Luuc Muis made this yamaha dragstar 650 bobber with suicide shifter. For Bigtwin magazine we took some nice shots. Thanks for the nice day, Luuc!

Uncle Bunt xs650

Finally some sunshine again here in the Netherlands! Today I went to the north and shot some cool pix of Bram's low-budget xs650, which was spooned into a Uncle Bunt frame. There's no nonsence and much rooaaarr going on to his ride! Bram works at a farm and he never noticed that his place a a great place to shoot great photo's! Check this out. We shot some film footage too so expect some moving images soon. Thanks for the great day Bram!!
